My coworkers and I went out after a long day and we went to this literal hole in the wall, owned by a halmuni and harabagi...here's my dish:

There wasn't a wide variety of vegetable banchan they added to this, just kimchi, bean sprouts, zucchini banchan, and kim. Then of course kochujuang!! Usually som ebeef strips and egg is served with this.
My coworkers got the same except there was one mondu guksu.
